Being a proud Army Brat, Keith lived in four provinces by the age of eight. Reflecting upon this, it helped him appreciate travelling through numerous Canadian provinces and American states later in life. Keith has friends from various backgrounds with the common thread that everyone wants to own their own home or business.
Keith owned his first house at 34 with $0 as a down payment. He didn’t realize this experience was eventually a stepping stone to starting TK Wealth Matrix with his future wife. Their goal is to help many people achieve their dreams of owning a house or business – a WIN/WIN situation.
With over 25 years of experience in customer service, volunteer work and being an entrepreneur, Keith also draws his wealth of knowledge from being a journalist, a DJ, a cook, a student of life, a parent and a husband.
He enjoys reading, dreaming and building his business with his wife. Keith’s favorite authors include: Robert Kiyosaki, Zig Ziglar, Brian Klemmer, Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Donald Trump and many more.
“Don’t be controlled by love for money. Be happy with what you have. God has said, “I will never leave you. I will never desert you.”
- (Deuteronomy 31:6)
If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.
- Zig Ziglar
“Winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success.”
- Robert T. Kiyosaki
Tammy purchased her first property at the age of 19 with only a $50 down payment. Since then, life experience has taught her a wealth of knowledge regarding business, real estate, and general experiences.
Known for her optimism, she focuses on helping others, thus continually creating a WIN/WIN scenario. As a mother of three grown children, Tammy states the most enjoyable season of her life was when she home schooled her children.
During her leisure time she enjoys reading and writing. She’s completing the edits on her first historical fiction novel entitled, NAMELESS ~ A Story of Faith. She is looking forward to publishing her novel in 2016.
With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Tammy is focusing on real estate investing, primarily in the Unites States. Her mission in life is to “Have more than enough, so I can give to every good work.” This is based on the scripture passage 2 Corinthians 9:8-11.
“And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. As the Scriptures say, “They share freely and give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will be remembered forever.”
For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.
Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God.”
As a lover of education, Tammy appreciates any quotes about love, life and learning. She has shared some of her favorites below:
“Life is a continual learning process. Each day presents an opportunity for learning.”
~ Lailah Gifty Akita
“The education of a man is never completed until he dies.”
~ Robert E. Lee
“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.”
~ Henry Ford
“Show me a person who has never made a mistake and I’ll show you somebody who has never achieved much.”
“You learn something every day if you pay attention.”
“If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.”
“The only real MISTAKE is the one from which we learn NOTHING.”
